- Feature grids that treat checkboxes as equivalence. Two products can both “have automation” while one makes it usable for a non-technical person and the other requires a consultant.
- Pricing pages that show a cheerful per-seat number while the real bill lives in add-ons, minimums, annual prepay, and “contact sales” gates.
- Reviews that read like rewritten marketing copy, especially when the writer has never migrated data, fixed permissions, or reconciled invoices at month-end.

News notes cover changes that affect real bills and real workflows: pricing shifts, shutdowns, migrations, policy changes. When specifics are still moving, we say so and give a checklist rather than fake precision.
Length, depth, and “conversion”
There is no magic word count. A page “converts” when a reader leaves with enough confidence to act or enough clarity to rule something out. Sometimes that takes 900 words; sometimes it needs more because the category is inherently messy.
